I am looking to put together a race league starting with a spec miata series. After completion of this series I would like to have another series ready to roll. Maybe Australian v8, gt3, American muscle, or maybe an open c class series. Each series would consist of 8 races, 30-45 min in length, one pit stop required with 2 races per week.
Clean racing would be a requirement. Keeping in mind accidents happen, the replay will be the judge with penalties, if any, coming after race completion before the points are awarded. Depending on the infraction, penalty can range from points/places deducted, disqualification, suspension, and in cases of malicious driving, permanent banishment would be the solution.
There will be no track cutting allowed. 2 tires on the same side of the car from side to side must remain on the track surface.
Cars allowed for this series would be the following:

Modifications allowed would be race tires only. This brings this car to an even 400 D class. No other modifications will be allowed. Anyone found to be running any additional modifications will be disqualified from the current event and assessed a 25 point penalty, with zero not being the bottom. For example a driver with exhaust on their car and 4 points would find themselves disqualified with a new point total of -21 points.
Any paint scheme is acceptable as long as the following apply.
-No forza created paints. This includes the paint that comes with the car when you buy it (#55).
-You must be the creator of the design, no downloaded user-created designs from the community.
-Car must have number displayed on each side of the car, min. size is 0.65 by 0.65.
-Car must have number displayed on hood, size same as door number size.
-Car must have number on front and rear bumper size min. of 0.40 by 0.40.
Points will be awarded as following:
Fastest qualifier- 5 points
Most laps led- 5 points
1st place- 50 points
2nd place- 45 points
3rd place- 40 points
4th place- 38 points
5th place- 36 points
6th place- 34 points
7th place- 32 points
Each position below this will be the same 2 point drop from next higher position. Example 13th place will be 2 points less than 12th. In the event there is a tie at the end of the season, average finishing position will determine the winner in each case. If there is still a tie the winner will be decided with a one on one race at a randomly chosen track with a race length of 5 laps.
