Hi please can you help me, I have posted in the forum before and had no reply.
Every time I receive a gift car I cannot download it, it always comes up with the following message:
“We’re sorry, but an error occurred when trying to retrieve this gift. Please try again at a later time and this issue might be resolved.”
It has not been resolved I got my console an game on release day and have had this issue since then, the gift cars I have received but can’t download are:
Veloster turbo, e21,mustang boss 302, is f, another veloster turbo, la ferrari, tipi 61 birdcage an finally a focus rs.
As you can imagine this is very very annoying an I would appreciate it if someone can get this issue fixed for me, thanks
I think I saw some people in that thread comment that they reset their entire profile and that worked but that’s probably not an acceptable option for someone far into the game.
Yeah I agree a patch/update would be good, i can’t even get the replays in the prev thread it just shows my original question an nothing else, I must admit I won’t be very happy it that’s all that can be done to fix it but fingers crossed they will fix it
