Downloading Gift Error

Is there a fix for the error you get when trying to download gifted cars? This happened to me over a year ago when I was trying to download a unicorn car from turn 10 but had to let it expire.

Is there still no fix for this? BV just generously gifted me some cars and now I can’t seem to download them. I’ve tried various things but nothing works…

Anyone else find a solution that works?

Have you tried clearing your cache? That has seemed to solve some similar issues.

I’ve tried that several times but it hasn’t worked. I downloaded the patch as well as the marketplace data and that didn’t work either.

Is your garage full?

No, but I did sell several cars to see if that would make a difference and that didn’t change anything either.
