Hello, I grinddid for the Mercedes AMG Sl63, FE Mini and the Lotus esprit on my pc and it didn’t save as soon as I switched over to my Xbox 
I was wondering if Forza could grant me access to those cars again please.

Hi, can you make a ticket at forza support and show them some strong evidence (like screenshot)?
How do I do that?
Go to forza support website and sign in, then make a ticket and provide info.
Note: it might take several hours to get a reply from support.
