A simulation damage, S Class league with more laps is now up. I’ve done 5 races, won 3 and the actual racing has been very good. A couple of griefers as usual, but as soon as they crash out at turn 1, they quit.
Had one race at Rio, got taken out half way round, limped back to the pits, got back out and finished 3rd. Brilliant stuff!
Agreed this lobby is brilliant. All those who can’t drive clean quit pretty quickly and overall the racing is awesome and people are very respectful.
It seems like nobody wants to ruin their stuff so it’s been great.
Please T10, add more of these lobbies to leagues in the future! And this is coming from someone who sucks at S class.
Sim damage seems like it could be good in regards to weeding out the griefers and such. I can see a lot of people destroying their cars early and giving up leaving the good racing to everyone else. Should be interesting.
Let’s hope this is the case.
I can still this being taken advantage of but it’s a nice little start.

This is the most fun I’ve had on Forza 6 by far! Played 6 races in a row and not once got taken out. The higher lap count lets you recover from a small mistake and seems to make people more patient

I was driving in SpoCom league, professional class, too bad, that Sim League was not available for me. I won SpoCom league, because I was ending TOP 3 almost every race, but it was hard to rack any wins due the huge amount of crashes in every single race. Like I said, too bad, that this league was not available also for professional level (but at least I mad a lot of new friends, you know, beign No.1 in leaderboards brings tons of fame )

Who ever decided to have a sim league you need a payrise it’s 1000% better than hoppers and 100% better than coz damage league players are why less to go flat out round a corner if there’s a chance of contact everyone seems more respectful of your own race line for me this is the closes to real racing as it can get for a console
Now I know there is going to be cry baby’s out there that when they have had contact and it ruins there car there race is over …yes that true and no it’s not I had to put right after the first lap and finished 7th out of 19 so it’s not the end …yes it’s annoying on a tight track when 3 cars ahead clips the wall and the rest crash in to each other but deep breathe out and keep going …I hope these sim leagues are here to stay

Loving the sim league, had some amazing races so far. Great addition T10
I ran about an hour of this earlier in the '13 Viper; won a race and podiumed a few more.
What really helps is that your grid position is based on your best lap in the previous race; if you take damage early and put you can write that race off in terms of a finish but set yourself up to avoid Lap 1 incidents in the next one.
Ended up in around 30th place in Pinnacle after my half dozen races. It’s a fun League and I hope more like it come in future.
I wish league events counted towards multiplayer achievements (pls correct me if they do). Would much prefer these lobbies, but haven’t yet had time to grind out the achievements from multiplayer yet (rain dancer/night vision/300 laps/1000 miles) so want to get them done first

If you haven’t gotten the Ferrari Achievement yet I recommend driving each car in a private Lobby, 1 lap at Daytona Speedway Night.

Good for you guys! I’m only in professional league so no sim lovin’ for me yet although I had a lot of fun with my tuned Hyundai Genesis Coupe Track in that new SpoCom weekend league as well. I do hope the lower leagues get some taste of sim racing as well in the future, it sure sounds fun. I might not be the fastest driver but I sure try to drive clean.
Talking about leagues, I was in a very strong ghost league today where I usually ended up around 15th. Normally I’m more around 5th place on average with the occasional win so in professional league I think I’m at my place. But it makes me wonder, can you degrade in leagues as well? How does that work? Repeatedly finishing near the end of the pack I assume? I got promoted from the enthousiast league to professional a bit soon as well IMO, I wasn’t really doing that superb there yet and suddenly got that notification about being promoted to professional.
