1989 Dodge Shelby Dakota V8

- Note: For ‘89, around 1475 units of the Shelby Dakota were made, though some people argued that 1500 were made; exterior color choices were Bright White and Exotic Red
- Fun fact: All Shelby Dakotas started off as short-wheelbase, standard cab Sport models that had a 3.9L V6 engine producing around 125 horsepower before being sent to Shelby’s facilities for the full conversion, which included the bigger, more powerful, and aforementioned V8 engine along with other features like specific “Shelby Dakota” badging, a Shelby steering wheel, Shelby seat inserts, and an individually numbered badge for each unit
