I haven’t been able to play online on my playstation 5 for 4 days. After logging in, I get the message: Server is unavailable. I bought Premium version and played the game since April 25. I was connected online for the first 2 days, then I couldn’t connect. Other ps5 games work online. The game is updated to the latest version and has DLC installed.

I logged into my Windows and Xbox accounts. All privacy settings are unlocked. The same game FH5 works online on Steam. Only the PS5 version is not online.I can see other players on the map but I can’t play with them.

I cleared the cache and rebuild database and restore license on ps5. After starting the game, I get the same message “server temporarily unavailable”.

I currently can’t use the following services:

  • auction house
  • forzathon store
  • horizon backstage
  • festival playlist
  • rivals
  • message center
  • gift drop
  • I can’t share or download photos, car tuning, paint and car body

I can see other players on the map and I can add them to the convoy. Players write on the internet that this is some kind of auto ban. Today I started the same game on Steam on the same Microsoft account and everything works on Steam. I have no idea what else I can do.

I’m having this exact problem and it is so annoying, complete waste of $60

I tried restoring licenses, that didn’t work now I’m going as far as deleting the game completely and redownloading it.

It also happens on motorsport so i have to have my brightness nearly fully turned up

Not unusual for a game that just come out plus there are a lot more PS5’s out there. Probably temporary server overload. Reinstalling games is probably not the answer. You see other people have this so it isn’t you it’s the servers.

It would tell you in the messages if you got banned. It would not disable the messages. You can check though.

Have patience they will fix it. It’s the amount of PS5’s most likely. More and more people buying the game.

I play on ps5 and had the same problem. It was resolved when I uninstalled and installed it again.

Well the thing is it’s only happening to me, I’m game sharing it with a friend and we downloaded it at the exact same time. It only did it for me and not for my friend who downloaded the game at the same time. We are trying to play together but can’t because of it

I have exact same problem but on PC, when I go into the game it says Forza Horizon servers are currently unavailable and I can see other players, invite or join convoy, play Eliminator but I cannot see any player made tunes or vinyls or auction house or forzathon shop

I just had to update my ps5 and problem resolved

I have found a fix for PC:
Based on the problem description, there is a possibility that the issue might be related to corrupted data in the operating system. To investigate this further, we suggest the following troubleshooting:

  1. Sign out of the Xbox app and close it.

  2. Delete the Xbox Identity Provider cache:

  • Type %localappdata% in your Windows search bar.
  • Open the Packages folder.
  • Search the Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider… folder.
  • Click on the AC Folder.
  • Open the TokenBroker folder.
  • If you see the folders Accounts and Cache, please delete them.
  1. Clear all Xbox Live Credentials again:
  • Click the Start button in the lower left corner of Windows, type Credential Manager, and press Enter.
  • In Credential Manager, click on the “Windows Credentials” button.
  • Scroll down to Generic Credentials
  • Find all entries that start with Xbl and XBlGrts
  • example “Xbl|Devicekey” or “XBlGrts|Devicekey”
  • Select the expand button on the right of the entry
  • Select to “remove” the entries
  • Remove all entries that start with “Xbl”
  • Please note you may need to sign back into other applications due to this.

If youre on Xbox or PS5 reinstallig should work.

Reinstalled it while I was at school, came back to home relinked my Xbox account loaded in same problem.

Hi all, can anyone please help?? Me and my friend both bought this game so that we could rip around the map together, but can’t join each others convoy. If i send an invite to him, it says you’ve already joined this session and if my friend send me an invite I dint receive it? We have both uninstalled and reinstalled but didn’t help. Any suggestionS?? thank you

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work for me, complete waste of $60. Will be refunding soon if not fixed.

Having the same issue on PS5, it was working just fine a couple of hours ago but now I get the “server unavailable” every time I try to open the game

Currently having the same issue where I can’t load auction house or event lab.

Same I can’t connect to the servers right now.

I am on PC via STEAM and cannot connect to servers as well.
