Crown Vics have been fluctuating between 3 - 8 million in the last couple of days, so I don’t know where your 25,000 came from.

Garage valuation isn’t really relevant if you can’t buy the chosen car for that price. There are plenty of 20k cars which sell for millions in the AH, just as there are expensive cars which are sold very cheap. True valuation depends a lot on rarity, just like in the real world. I Guess it depends who’s selling it too.
