If I buy a 2nd season pass will it work on the latest DLC’s ?
Tried searching forums but doesn’t appear to be working.

No. The season pass only works for car packs October thru March. April thru August and both expansions are separate purchases.
The season pass only gives you access to the first 6 car packs nothing more.

If you place in the top 50% in the open leagues over the next few weeks you dont have to buy the season pass, porsche expansion or the nascar expansion.
