Car Pass covers regular monthly DLC for 6 months. not expansion packs such as the Porsche pack

Why exactly? The season pass was for 6 DLC packs, October through March. The Porsche expansion has always been know and advertised as not being part of the season pass. They released it before the regular March DLC so as to build of the Geneva Auto Show and other events. The final season pass DLC will be out in a few weeks.
This is nothing new to the franchise, EA holds the Porsche license so Forza always has to wait/negotiate a Porsche release and it has always had to be paid for outside of any bundles.

Morally and legally T10 are of course totally within their rights, but you can’t argue that this won’t devalue the various Ultimate/ VIP/ Season Pass packages to many players next time around. I guess T10 have calculated that the money they make on this expansion outweighs potential losses on future titles.

It won’t actually, because none of the prior Porsche packs were included in the car passes for the past games they were in, FM4, FH2. So why would this be any different? As an owner of the Ultimate Edition of FM6, I still find it justified that it was sold as it was.

They never even had a season pass. It’s called a car pass, and it clearly states what’s included. Same with the ultimate edition.
