Hi,
I have the car pack season pass for Forza 5, and yet I was still required to pay £3.99 for the Road America Booster Car Pack; has anyone else had this issue? This has not happened with any of the other car packs that were released before or after this one. Would appreciate any feedback from Forza/Turn 10 regarding whether I should have had to pay for this or not.

You don’t need to download this separately from the Xbox Live store.
Assuming that you successfully downloaded and installed the Road America game update - the cars should already be available for purchase in the Buy Cars menu.
I thought that they were a pack of additional cars to the America DLC as they called this one a booster pack as opposed to just a car pack?
You should never have to download any monthly carpacks either. The way Forza updates work on Xbox One is that every time new content comes out theres is a required update. Even if you dont have the season pass you have to download the update which contains all the data for the cars so that those that dont have the DLC can still see your car when you use any of the DLC cars. Having the season pack just unlocks the content you download in the updates. So no, you shouldnt have paid for the booster pack. You can see if Microsoft will issue you a refund.
I been trying to get the road America booster pack but it always says marketplace error so I found a FM5 Car Pass Gift card that includes 95 Cars so I think the gift card should work.
