Road America Booster Pack Problem

Hi all, I looked and couldn’t find anything similar, so sorry if this is a re-post.

I have the Car Pass, and have downloaded every car pack up to this point for free. For some reason I can’t download the Road America Booster Pack for free. Everywhere I look says that I should be able to. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Don’t bother trying to download the pack from the Store; if you’re a Season Pass owner, the cars are already accessible in the Buy and Rent cars lists.

If you try to select one of the pack cars and receive a prompt saying you need to download the pack, or the pack is downloading, or an update is required, try restarting after unplugging the console.

Hi a has a same problem, but the road America cars was already in the game, and I can use them, so don’t need to download them from the marketplace.
