I just picked up the Xbox one X and transferred my Horizon 1 game but the saved data didn’t transfer. Had to start over. My old save game still works on my old Xbox one. I’ve tried deleting my new save, loading my old save on the old Xbox one to make sure it saves to the cloud and then transfer the game between the xboxes via the console transfer option but it still doesn’t transfer the save file nor does it sync to the cloud to load my save. Any ideas? Not a big deal but I was trying to finish the game to max out my Forza Hub rewards.

The exact same thing has just happened to me as well. Had the game completed (pretty much) with all cars, and now cannot access them on new xbox or original 360 
Same problem here, but no solution.
We were always told on these forums, do not use the cloud with Forza as it’s unstable.
Same issue here. As the service is available to use, MS should guarantee that works…
When I access the manage storage from inside 360 virtual menu (I tested with my old Xbox One Fat), it says that my save is “upload pending”. No matter what I try, it doesn’t sync the save to the cloud…
I’m having this same issue, its a big deal for me as I 100% completed the game before the release of the Hot Wheels DLC. Now I want to play it, it’s not syncing over to my new xbox. I don’t want to play the whole game again
Just had the same issue with the original Horizon savegame on a new One S. Has anyone found a solution?
