Roof Cam would be great for people who want to control the car from where the driver sits relative to wheel base (very intuitive)
while also providing a more open view than the cockpit cams

Forza Motorsport is literally in direct competition with Gran Turismo, it is such a no brainer for them to do this simple update for the eyeballs alone and the people who would try the game because that is the view that content creators use in these games (it worked with their new map update)
despite it just basically being a legacy feature from the groundwork of past racing games, that really shows a disconnect from the devs to not include and build off of the past (which is one of the biggest problems with the video game industry in general)
It is such a simple win for them and as Xbox consoles are cheaper than Playstations, so many Gran Turismo players would actually be interested in trying Forza literally just by adding this feature as that is the camera mode most Gran Turismo players play in
it is such a no brainer option, that by not having it, it is just another example of Turn 10’s role in the complacency of modern racing games that has hurt the genre and keeps people from even wanting to try the game by making the jump from Playstation or PC

Does no one else think we should have an option that is easy to implement and gives greater accessibility and builds off the legacy of many past racing titles, this is the modern day, where is the option ??
PLUS content creators always use roof cam and that would be great coverage for them to cover this new feature just like they did with the new track
many Gran Turismo players would buy an Xbox if they knew they could race from the same perspective as they do in their preferred game ??
