Rolling out tunes, but could use some feedback

Ahoy, everybody! So I’ve not been playing Forza long, just since FH2. FH2 I just played, FH3 I got into design and played with some tuning, but used mostly DJS and Raceboy77 tunes due to them being right there and taking no time at all to get behind the wheel. Now it’s FH4 since pre-release and I have, indeed, looked for the tunes I used to, but unable to find them for most cars and being dissatisfied with the few I have found… I’ve start tuning all my own cars, mostly street/race tunes with some off-road/rally, but I’m working on more off-road/rally, drift, drag, and everything in between; just have to get the calculations dialed in. Presently, the large majority are going to be balanced for speed and handling. This includes a handful of snow tunes, as well, considering our pre-release week was Winter. My E63 AMG tune has been getting about 30-40 downloads/uses a day, and I think that’s pretty good considering nobody knows who I am as well as loads of other tunes being on the board.

That said, a lot of my tunes aren’t really getting any traction (no pun intended lol, but understandable as the game as has been out a week), but if/when they do I want to make sure they’re 110% good to go for whoever is looking for something to dominate whatever it is they’re downloading said tune for which is where all you wonderful folks come in. As they are, they aren’t going to let you down, but they may need a little tweaking… too soft, too stiff, too little or too much power, etc. I really just need some feedback and to get my tunes out there being used.

Also, a question: if I have a tune such as my E63 AMG and I go in and alter it, it unshares then reshares it. Does this mean the end users with the tune currently applied to their car are going to lose their tune? Logic suggests they’ll have to re-download to get the new version and their car keeps rolling with the old version unless they update it, but logic doesn’t always apply when it comes to video games.

Just search my GT: A.r.s.enicF0X (zero, not the letter “O”) to find them. I’ll update with a list of them when I get the chance. Want something in particular that I don’t have (yet), just ask! Now get out there and own some folks. Cheers!

  • After previewing the post, my I had to add the periods to my GT since it recognizes half of that particular heavy metal as a “naughty” word.
