I’ve been trying to make this 30 mile something long route and had to redo it FOUR times. My game’s rewind WILL NOT WORK. yes, IT IS ENABLED. I kept losing control making my route go off track,
(or the annoying time my little brother shook my shoulder to demand i see something, screwing me up there) and I WILL NOT REWIND, NO MATTER HOW MUCH BUTTON MASHING I DO. This has actually been an on and off issue, but it seems locked this way. It’s cost me races, screwed up roues, and just been a pain in the butt.

This has been an intermittent issue for me. As an example, when doing a championship race, it may work for the 1st two races yet will not work in the third race using the same car. Yet if I change cars for that third race, it will work. Also, if I exit the game and restart Horizon 4 and retry that same race with the same car rewind will now work. Even stranger, I have seen it not work on race 1 for example, yet if I skip that first race it does work on race 2 and 3 (with the same car), then when I return to race 1 with the same original car, rewind works.
And fwiw, it doesn’t matter if I am racing solo mode or not.
It’s been like that since the release of the game, so chances are PGG don’t care enough to fix it.
Far too complex for them. Just keep in mind that the duplicate filter was already kind of challenge as expressed multiple times during streams. Won’t be fixed, ever.
They might get the new team on it.
so i was not the only one this was happen to on champ. good to know. my guess it a core engine related issue.

yep, same guess
Happens to me as well, not that often but seems more prevalent on Community Championships. Only way I’ve found to fix it is to quit the championship entirely, then start again on a different circuit.

Someone suggested playing offline helps.
Like grolschie allready say, go to horizon solo and rewind will works just fine, i have never had problem with rewind when being horizon solo but as soon i go horizon life cant trust rewind working at all.
The bug is probably trying to position two players at the same time.
