See enclosed a Dynamic discussion of the community wish (>1000 likes) to get More (recycled) Cars Form FH4 back in FH5.
Within a additional car pack of directly in the Auto Show.
I hope not.!
FH5 is a racing game and we have allready ~700 different cars.
If you want a game to collect cars. Then use an other game.
If you want to drive FH4 cars. Then start FH4.
Toyota Corolla SR5, Renault Clio V6, and the Porsche 928 are particular standouts for me that I want back.
Well those and half of Italy. So weird playing the rally adventure without Lancia as an option, and having no alfa or fiat in the game removes a lot of character from the car roster. Italy looks so anemic now.
At this point, given how every missing Stellantis brand has been featured at least once in a post-Horizon 5 racing game, I think its safe to assume at this point that Stellantis is not the problem here.
Currently, my personal car wish list sits at 654 cars. 109 of those cars are from Horizon 4, while another 259 cars are from prior Forza games that Playground and Turn 10 have not been shy about reusing car models from. If you don’t see an issue with any of these sentences, I don’t know what to tell.
Why should we jump to another game to collect cars from a game that already has a focus on collecting cars because “we have allready ~700 different cars”?
What if i want to make a custom track that involves those cars?
What if i want to use the improved photomode that isn’t in FH4?
What if i want to use said cars on the new Rally Expansion map?
etc.
In Addition to that 700 cars are great but for the most people like me for example - there are “only” a part of them (for me are 200) drivable. The rest stays in the garage. So due to that it’s quiete necessary to have a huge amount of cars in the game to cover all interests from different players
Nevertheless we should get all cars from FH4 as an absolutely usual process.
To hold back cars (especially FH4) that are all in the database of the devs is terrible.
There is never such a thing as too many cars. Well, at least if you only ask for the “good” ones, but that’s subjective. Either way, a thousand-long car list with most of Forza’s back catalogue is still miles better than Gran Turismo’s old army of Skylines and Miatas found in GT5 and GT6.
