Paint contest with old(er) cartoons to use as source material. Like Transformers, M.A.S.K. , GI Joe, Scooby Doo, Flintstones, the Smurfs, Jem and the Holograms, My Little Pony, Carebears, C.O.P.S., the Simpsons, Looney Tunes, Johnny Bravo… etc.

Cartoons were selected to take on and create a cool livery with it! ‘work in progress’ in this thread!

I’d like to choose The Simpsons. And specifically this scene: https://youtu.be/x2mS3uDqQL4?feature=shared I know the show is popular and I don’t want to take the subject. So just know I’m doing an abstract Design probably that will look very different from the real simpsons. I’m not even sure if I can make it in time so feel free to choose the Simpsons as your subject also.

Do you just need the cartoon or the specific idea?
And can we do multiple? Are they allowed to be entered for livrevs before end of the competition too?

You can enter them into livrevs before the rcc ends…
The RCC is about sharing the love and joy of remembering those sunday mornings … so please share any work in progress aswell as completed work!

You can create more then 1 (cartoon) but i keep it open to more painters…. So they have a bigger pool to choose from… before I let you pick a second/third/fourth so from January you can do however many you want…
