Retailer pre-order bonuses, deals, bundles for FM7

Question about Amazon. If the digital game is ordered through Amazon, does it get all the same pre-order bonuses as the one at Microsoft? I don’t see the Hoonigan car pack listed at Amazon. And right now, it is $99.99 at both Amazon and Microsoft.

Another question. Will all of the pre-order bonuses still be available on September 20th? I will not pre-order until I try the demo on PC to make sure it will work with my wheel and pedals.

What if I pre-ordered a digital copy from a retailer outside of the Windows store or Xbox?

The preorder bonuses do not have a time expiry on them, as long as you order before release.
