Oh for sure but when the holiday come around, it doesn’t matter. I always encourage everyone to simply ‘regift’ whatever I send and ask them to do the same. All the numbers add up and we all usually get a car for it. I’ll be ‘wrapping’ up every duplicate I have and sending them once the holiday gift giveaway starts. I don’t expect anyone to regift these ones but if they’re feeling generous, it would be nice if they end up in the hands of someone who needs them.

Another dud electric car we’ve gotten multiple variants of with tanking sales this year and under 120,000 units sold over four years.
I wouldn’t dare unload those on anyone!!
I will start saving up my duplicates sans the i-pace and taycan to give out, after this horrible set of reward cars goes by of course.

I thought about just leaving this blank lol but at least this way you were warned and it’s on you not me. Don’t feel bad about peeking though, it’s human nature to treat warnings as bait. Now then, a probably still mild negativity version of what I really want to vent about but it’s hard to get too worked up about much of anything in this game at this point…
Don’t count on all or any of the gifts actually being delivered. I don’t recall the exact numbers from the previous Christmesses of gift giving but they were far from perfect. Worse than 1 in 4 actually went to the people intended. And that’s not counting the “community” gift giving where I had no credible feedback on actual delivery. I suspect the bulk of those failed to arrive, at best, simply based on the ones I could track. At worst it was just part of the big show and delivery was never even attempted. Just logged for the numbers, if that. If that because some suspect those numbers were simply made up anyway to insure we all got the presents we were teased with.
And not only did I spend good Forza points buying gifts that were never delivered, and not refunded the points when reported, I had what seemed like a shadow ban on the bug reporting for quite a while after. My bug reports went unacknowledged, not even the usual Solved auto-reply and request for positive feedback.
The gifting fails also probably contributed to a friend dropping this game in the first Holidaze fun. No doubt they weren’t the only one.
So yeah, I probably won’t be playing those reindeer games this year. If I haven’t simply dropped the game entirely by then.
But hey, if you read this far, in case I’m not around then, best of the season however you celebrate it to one and all sincerely
