Yesterday I redeemed my rewards from here on forzamotorsport.net, but the money never showed up in gift section of the message center, meaning I never got my 250,000CR that I had claimed.
I think this is the second time it has happened to me. How come? And there is no way I can get the money now?

The rewards system might be experiencing issues. Although I got the credits I claimed last Friday through the website since the Forza Hub was not available, I have not received for several days the daily credits that my Drivatar wins for having participated in races. I also noticed that my points for days played have been stuck on 37/50 for almost a week.
You don’t get daily credits for your drivatar participating in races in fh4
You get credits for usages for tunes and liveries
And also for the fast car business
Still haven’t gotten the money.
I think we are just being fobbed off now, bet we get 0 compensation because of T10/PG’s incompetence.
Usually when they do eventually come through you get all previous owed as well
