recently banned for 20 years for a paint that i didnot know it was even a mod

Hello Turn 10 / Microsoft

Yesterday morning i was able to play fm4 no problem , and when i came back to it in the afternoon i was banned for 20 years , i presume that it is because of a paint that i put on the marketplace on a Nissan 240sx , the paint in question was a glowing paint that i received from GT [Mod Edit - D] (whom you have also banned , ) ,on receiving this paint i was under the impression that this paint was a perfectly legitimate and was not any sort of mod as i could change the color of the glow myself , i would not have received the paint if i knew it was a mod.I would be extremely great full if you could reinstate me so i can play the game i love playing as this is the only game i play online with friends

The ban is your second, for one thing, and it is altering the paint on cars outside the realm of the game parameters. You may write Turn 10, which enforces the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish.

Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations are discussed on these forums.
