I have received a message from Turn 10 Community Team today saying I have been banned until 05/08/2014? I would be nice to exactly what I have even banned for… Saying I have been banned and not giving me a reason is ridiculous? I’m not some 12 year old child I’m an adult! I do a lot of replica paints and liveries and I am unable to Post my designs. The one reason I bought and invested in forza 5. It would have been better to at very least send me a message so I can reply to the reasons a ban would be in order before actually banning me so if there is something wrong with anything I’ve done I at least have the opportunity to put what ever is wrong right! I have not deliberately set out to break any rules and have paid my hard earned cash to buy the dlc and VIP. If I have done anything wrong tell me what it is. Remove the item and let me carry on as normal. Surely this would be a more customer service orientated way of moderating and policing forza 5. We, I am your customer so I suggest you put this right. I would like to know what the issue is. I will put this right immediately and I expect to carry on. I’m just about ready to get rid of this proxy xbox one and go to playstation. The repeat content and few track is very dissappointing this ban isa joke and the way this is being handled is not professional.

My guess would be selling designs which do not belong to you, however Bans or under review items are not discussed on the open forums, so please direct any questions you have to forzafb@microsoft.com .
