Rear car wheels start to "melt" or fall into ground.

As the Title says the rear wheels on a fair amount of the cars that i have driven seems to fall or melt into the ground when driving above 175KPH, at this point it makes the game almost unplayable as it effects the steering and control of the car. I can post video proof if needed as well.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
