Hi, I posted this in the FM7 section but just found this area, I am curious if there are still realistic decals available in FM7, I know back in FM6 there was a guy “Mr FSCA” or something like that, that created realistic drag racing and general racing sponsor decals. I can’t seem to find realistic decals on FM7, even search does not seem to find anything.
And when i try to go to the create vinyls to try to mske my own the game locks up, then crashes? Any ideas how to find real sponsor decals or how to fix the crashing so i can create my own?

There’s a lot of creators hosting decals having near photocopy level quality. But, exactly how realistic are we talking? I, personally, just search for a decal, pick out the best looking one (even sometimes having to dig through a few hundred uploads), and go from there. Right off the top of my head, I can’t think of anyone crazy reputable. Over the years, I’ve found 1NITIAL B has some really good decals. Also, KoolIROC has some good detail as well, but I don’t know if he uploads his individual vinyls.
As for the DIY route, I sold off my X1X. Did some research and bought my first decently beefy system. Runs RDR2, GTA V, FH3, and FM7 at smooth 60 fps. Also allows me to use nomacs for a semi-transparent overlay. Makes copying decals from scan-accurate images streamlined (as opposed to hoping someone else squared up everything on the decal which they may have copied from someone entirely different).
Snowballing quality errors are very real, and it’s evident in every Forza title as it ages. I’ve zero issue copying decals from an image ever since I first started. I suggest you do the same, as that’s not gonna be done on any console. Microsoft has kept the Xbox locked down, and as far as I’m concerned that just impedes on my productivity.
For the crashing, being you gave as little detail as possible, I can’t give much advice in return other than restart and power cycle after every crash. If you don’t get error codes upon crashing, your console might just be overheating. (Cough. I’ve had my system for a year now. Played hundreds of hours of Wildlands, RDR2, GTA V, Forza, etc. Sometimes nonstop runs lasting upwards of 12 hours. Zero thermal issues. Cough.)
