There is a fake wheel blur. Activates immediately when car is going in a normal speed. Add real tire blurs. This also prevents some mistakes just like in new porsche. Rim color turns black to chrome. Remove this fake blur and add a real one. All wheel. Not only rims.
There is actually a mod that removes the 2D sprite they use. Need a motion blur effect, but looks lights years better to have the 3d wheels than the 2D sprite effect.
