I’ve been stuck on rank 20, zero points since I started playing. I started on rank 20, have always been on rank 20, have never received any points, even if my team wins.
On November 5th I submitted a ticket.
On November 30th RetroKrystal replied, asking “Just checking if you are still experiencing the issue?”
I said I was; is there a solution?
On December 20th Ju1ce_Cannon replied, saying “Rank 20 is the max rank”, and marked the ticket as ‘solved’.
Is this correct?
