I own (because I bought in the past) the rally expansion and I could use it until today. If I try to play it says “horizon rally expansion will be available on december, 18th”
What can I do to fix the issue??
Do you know if the Expansion is installed in the storage device of the console? The size is 1 GB!

If not, right now the servers are working, so you go to the central area, there’s an in-game Marketplace and there you should find it.
If you can’t find it try downloading the car Focus SVT, it should prompt a 1GB download. It’s the Rally Expansion.
You can also use your download history somewhere in “account” in the right side of the dashboard. But it takes a while to load the list.
If the DLC is already in your storage device, you should check if you bought the pack with this gamertag. If you know which Xbox is the first where the DLC was downloaded, it should work with any account even offline gamertags.
Last attempt should be trying to delete the DLC pack and redownloading it.
If it’s on Xbox one x, it’s only about ~60mb because the main game download contains most of it built in.
