Radio defaults to on

I really don’t play racing games for the music. I could not care less. I’d much rather hear the sounds of the cars. So naturally I turn the radio off. In previous Horizon games it would remain off but would occasionally turn back on for different challenges but. In 5, it turns back on every time I load the game! Sure, I could simply turn the music volume off but then I don’t get the music from the festivals as I drive past them (I’m weird ok?). It’s not a big deal to click the button every time I load the game to cycle it back to off but it is annoying. Anyway, rant over.
