Countless times have I missed braking points, or when the optimal turn in time is for a corner thats currently not visible due to the sun being EXTREMELY obstructive on some tracks such as Sebring.
Or the general track “brightness” seems to also affect this, Brands Hatch comes to mind if you set it to “Clear” around “Afternoon”, due to the sun, it causes track reflection to play up thus making the braking line almost impossible to see.
This has been an issue SINCE DAY ONE of release and has received no acknowledgement or tweaks since, there is people who rely on this HUD Assist to enjoy the game. It needs to be looked at; some form of custom colour tweaking… a dark border around the racing line arrows… something to make them clear as the sun (see what I did there) when being blinded by said sun or by other track factors such as light reflection.
