This is not affecting all accounts.
I was using my secondary account first and had this bug.
After a bit I switched to my primary account which was refreshing at normal intervals.

There’s several in the support forum also and they have already stated they are aware of the issue
That’s most likely the same amount of time that people waste on these forums starting new threads while there are already multiple threads about the same issue.
