Race settings - tire compound/s allowed

[image] Proposal: In Private Multiplayer > Event Setup > Cars > Car Specifications, add a restriction called Tyre Compound Tyre Compound should have 3 options: Any, Race Tyres Only, No Race Tyres Any would have no restrictions and allow any form of tyre to be installed on a car. Race Tyres Only would only allow cars with the Race Tyre upgrade installed. For clarity, Race Tyres in this sense = the tyre upgrade that allows you to fit Soft/Medium/Hard/Wet tyres onto a car.
