As mentioned in a previous thread , here is my new R8 LMS challenge . This time there are two stages to try your driving skills out on . There is one tune for both stages ( Ring stages A and C ) The times to beat are . . .
Ring stage A 1:50:316 ( I have gone faster but this was my fastest clean lap of my session ) 1160th on leaderboard out of 476,000
Ring stage C 2:05:566 good for 623rd on leaderboard out of 766,000
The tune is on my SF now for free

I wanna mention a previous comp i held b4 . It was Fuji stage B reverse , the car was the Lotus Elise . I originally set a time of 2:42:xxx to be beaten . Quite a few guys beat it and 5 were able to post top 100 times with the tune ( which is still on my SF now ) . If anyone wants to try and beat my time using the tune , feel fee , i will give out 10 M and a car of their choice ( non DLC ) to anyone who beats my time
Nurb Stage A: 1:45.865 - Would’ve been 258th if I didn’t already have 6th in my Joss.
Nurb Stage C: 2:01.638 - Landed me 208th.
Fujimi Stage B - Reverse: 2:35.389 - Landed me 17th.
The Audi was honestly a bit difficult to drive. It oversteered on entry, especially on the brakes, but then it would understeer off the track out of slow exits, so I was losing a ton of time there. The Lotus build isn’t correct for Fujimi either (I think the B class grip build has no power upgrades), so you might be able to get a bit more time out of it by changing it. Not bad overall, though!
Hey dude, nice tune. I’m quite a newb when it comes to Forza and struggle without a lot of the assists, so I couldn’t get near your time (1:58.317) on Nurb A, but I did create my own version of the tune and managed to wipe off about a second and a half on my second run due to a couple of extra ponies under the hood. I ended up with a 1:56.633. I’ll upload it to my storefront, check it out and see what you think
I shall have a look during the week mate and give it a run out . To try and reduce your timing ,try running without the assisits one at a time . It took me AGES to be able to drive without most of the assists , i only use traction control now and im trying to get to grips with that right now , so stick at it and you will get there .
Thanx for the feedback on the Audi tune , Bulin . Its always handy when a fast driver gives feedback on tunes cause they can get the car at its limits and thats where the you find problems with tunes .
Cheers man, I’ve got some pretty fast times even with the assists on, so it’s something I want to try and be able to do. Gonna have a go at Nurb C in a bit with your tune.
Make sure you do NOT use assisted braking or steering… It slows you down much more than it should, and even a sloppy lap with those assists off will be full seconds faster than a perfect lap with them on. I found that the two most worthwhile assists to learn to drive without are ABS and STM, with manual w/ clutch being just slightly behind those two.
I had a go at trying to fix the faults you mentioned Bulin . I have managed to get my times down into the low 1:49’s , even managed a 1:48:897 , so i reckon its improved , its more stable ( at my limits ) . I will upload it later today if anyone fancies trying it .
Steevvoo , i tried your tune , wasn’t bad at all ( i could get a 1:49:843 ) out of it
Ok I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for the update. I can not save replays, my save file is corrupt. But I just got FM4 so I don’t have any times set, so anything I set will be up on the LB’s.
