Quick tuning feature and the ability to do small tune adjustments to other-player made tunes

So normally when we download a tune from another player it will be locked for us to access, right? Obviously that’s done for a reason. But how about a second tuning menu where we can do small adjustments to things like: tire pressure, break balance, antiroll bars, differential and aero?

It could be like a seprate little “quick tuning” menu that includes these options. This will also be able to overwrite the tuning done even to custom/other player made tunes. I belive this gives us a little extra flexability and in cases where we don’t really like the tune we downloaded, we could at least try and mitigate some of it’s problems.

And it’s really just basics. Like we’re not gonna be able to completely overhaul the tune or steal it and share it for ourselves. And in no way this ever hurts the tunning community in forza. An accessible “motorsport game” shoudn’t really punish the player for downloading a custom tune by not allowing them the very least to change the tire pressure.

There’s also plenty other positive implications to this. Like players will no longer need to keep multiple tunes for the same car. Like if i want to race on le mans but my car doesn’t have the top speed but i’ve downlaoded a custom player-made tune i could simply go to quick tuning, reduce the downforce and suddenly i can actually compete.

And how about rental cars? This could also work on them. Especially considering featured muntiplayer where a lot of players will be renting.

If FM was inspired by F1 with it’s camera work for the cinmatics, this feature in a similar way is also inspiried by F1. And it definitely helps bring more motorsport flavour into the game.
