Hello,
I really want to buy FM7, but I keep finding that many people have problems with multiplayer and the campaign. Have these problems been fixed? The posts I found are all from a few months ago/last year.
Thanks!

You gonna play on Xbox or pc?
I play on Xbox, know a few guys(term used loosely) that play on both, and we’ve all had little to no issues at all.
A lot of issues can be attributed to over clocked hardware on PC, hinky internet, patience, and often times just a genuine need to complain.
Sure, there’s folks that have genuine issues, but it can generally be traced to setting other than the game when all said and done. Cause if the game was really that bad, everyone would experience all the same issues, especially Xbox players since the hardware is a known quantity.
Top question should you buy don’t know but I had a ton of Fun with campaign hate MP so never go there But it a good game despite what some others may say I have a lot of fun with only a few minor bumps along the way most of those have been now fixed so yep should be fine if you have the hard ware to play it.
Don’t know where this went but here we go I play on Xbox and a Intel NUC PC
I use the Xbox One S 2TB Pre order Model
And A NUC PC Details bellow
NUC PC specks are
Intel® NUC Model NUC8i7HVK

2x 16GB DDR4 2400+ SODIMMs

I play on XBOX One, XBOX One X, and PC, depending on my fancy. Occasional issues but to me its a solid game…I had the most issues right after 1803 update came out for Windows 10…since the July update for Forza just the other day and this months windows updates, things seem to be the best they have been on the PC side…
My PC Specs: (Dont laugh, been waiting for video card prices to drop before building a new one)
i5-3570k
nVidia GTX780
16GB RAM
256GB Samsung EVO 840? SSD, might be an 850…
Rarely ever have any issues, not like some others here have posted about with much better spec’d systems…Course I’m not running it in 4k, just 1080p, VSync enabled.
Posts about exhaust notes not right, interior graphics incorrect, some incorrect piece of data on a car model…its a game folks…
Thank you guys for the responses! I’m going to play on Xbox, sorry I forgot to add that to my post.
I’m telling you right now DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. I play on PC and the game crashes CONSTANTLY due to some problem the devs have yet to fix. I got the game on sale right after building a PC back in January and it’s had the problem ever since the 2 week mark after I bought it. Other people can run it fine and other people here on the forums have the same problem. Basically it’s a hit or miss, and I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk for the full $60. You’re better off going off to buy something like Project Cars 2 or Assetto Corsa if you want to be sure the game will actually run.
But yea basically go take a look at the rest of the forums and you’ll see what I’m talking about. If you choose to buy, I wish you luck.
and yet there’s so many people that don’t have issues with their PC, me included, and mine is barely minimum specs
seems to be the people that “fiddle” with their PC’s that seem to have the most issues
Perfect example…
From a technical standpoint the game is pretty stable in my opinion.
There are a number of smaller bugs and quirks but all of the game-breaking issues that I’ve encountered have been handled.
Feature-wise there are some things I feel the game is lacking in and the general Public Multiplayer experience can be frustrating (due to lack of skill/respect from other players) but ultimately the game “works”.
I use to play on both, but had always had some kind of issues on PC, usually after a Windows Update (Which usually gets fixed with the next game update). Xbox is much more stable and still gives you 60fps. If your playing on Xbox, I would say yes. PC only then maybe wait for it to go on sale. Don’t get me wrong its a great game when it works, and Xbox is the best way to go, unless you are looking to run it higher than 60fps on a PC. Another good thing for PC is that you can use an Ultrawide Monitor. I also don’t recommend going back and forth between PC and Xbox as there is Syncing issues that you can run into.
I think the issues is that the game is more intended for Xbox and it gets more devotion there, but as Xbox does more cross play games it will keep getting better.
If you love Simulation racing with a little extra to give outside the racing then I say get it. I just didn’t want to tell you get it without telling what you might run into.
The Graphics are great as well.
PC is just more likely to have more issues then Xbox, as PC will have issues with Window’s updates, GPU Driver Updates, people running so many different Cpu’s and Gpu’s, and so on, that they don’t have to worry about with Xbox nearly as much.
Plus you will see more complaints then cuddos, as in all aspects of life, people are more likely to complain about something then say something is good and when there are issues people will flock to the forums or just play something else.
Good Luck
