Purchased cars not showing up as free in autoshow..also some car packs won't install right xbox1x

Some of my purchased cars don’t show up as free in auto show. I purchased every car pack but not getting all the cars. Also when I go to manage game for Forza horizon 2 one or two items show up there and when i download them they come back later. like it never installed right and it’s stuck in some kind of loop. downloaded lotus ford cortina multiple times, but it keeps showing back up in ready to install…also some car packs are showing up but when I install it doesn’t work right and they show up again in ready to install. Not all the packs and cars I’m missing show up in ready to install. All the car packs and cars show as purchased though. Help, please. Xbox one X

Maybe try a hard reset (hold down the power button until it powers off)? I think the MS marketplace may be having some difficulty as well.

Some of the free cars seem get doubled up with the car packs they come from, I’ve noticed 2 to 3 packs in the install area, been installed, and next time they are ready to install again, but the cars are in the game.

As for adding them free, I’ve never been able to, had it for about a year, saw many back then and before mention not being able to add as free, I just paid the credits for the ones I wanted, didn’t worry bout the rest.

But most of the cars did show up like they are supposed to. Just some of them don’t come through. Also, even some of the packs that installed right are missing just some of the cars. Have tried the hard reset and even a new Xbox one x (not because of this but because it died on me) and it was still the same as before I got a whole new one x. Sent emails to turn 10 and no replies. Talked with a Microsoft rep. who checked that all the licenses were right, and sent me here, but so far no real help. Some of my older Forza games appear to be missing cars also. This wouldn’t be as concerning except I paid real money for those cars and I feel cheated if they are not there.

THOUGHT Could it be that licensing for the cars runs out just like the music that developers later remove from games because they didn’t renew it. I remember that some of the GTA games had music removed because the license expired and they had to either renew it or remove the music. As these were older games, of course, they chose to remove it rather than pay to renew it. If it’s true that cars have a licensing period that can expire then they should clearly state it before selling these things to us. I want to know straight up whether I am buying a car pack or RENTING IT. It’s deceptive if this is known from the start and not told to the customer. Any thoughts on this people?

THOUGHT, no, that’s not it.
