So I saw this back in FM4 and I seeing again now in open source tunes where the bump and rebound settings are reversed. So I gave it a try on a DW12 and I saw a difference in lap times but I wasn’t able to feel the fine tuning adjustments like I can on the street cars. So I have just a few questions I hope someone can help me getting pointed in the right direction.
-
What cars are you using these setting on? Ex: Prototype Indy, Formula 1 and 70’ Formula 1?
-
How are you setting the baseline for rebound and bump? Are you using the Weight bias?
-
When making adjustments are you following the same rules as stated in the tuning guide?
Any help would be appreciated as I start diving into this alternate method of tuning. Thank you!
