I have done all the Speed Zones and Car Meets and staying Car Meets are 5 of 6 and Speed Zones are 13 of 15.
I go over all the speed zones and it has the speed I went. On the map it shows all six car meets but won’t give me the sixth one on the stats.

I have the exact same thing 5/6 and 13 of 15. But to me it doesn’t really matter, I just want to play and race.
I would try a reboot and see if it gets it done I had that problem and did that.
might try going through them all again and actually entering all the car meets
it apparently doesnt count when you go through them whilst doing road trips
I’ve tried going through them again and still did nothing.
I’ve rebooted many times.
I would like the progress so I can get the achievement for it.
I want the reward points.
Re-enter each Car meet and make sure to stay there long enough for it to sync with an online session so that other players appear. That what worked for me. As for the Speed Zones or Speed Traps, I don’t think they count in the progress screen if you tripped them during an event. I had them all on my map for Storm Island, but one was triggered as part of a Bucket List, and didn’t count. Try the Sisteron Speed Zone again, since you have the M4 Bucket List that uses it.
