Private Multiplayer - Disabling Tuning also locks off Fuel/Tyre setting

Issue:

  • When Tuning is disabled in Private Multiplayer, the player cannot change Fuel/Tyre from the pitlane menu.
  • Fuel/Tyre can be changed by going into Practice.
  • Fuel/Tyre can be changed on the grid menu pre-race.

MOR:

  • Create a Private Multiplayer lobby
  • In Event Settings > Car set Allow Tuning to Off
  • Return to pitlane menu and attempt to change Fuel/Tyre.

Reported on Xbox Series X, though PC players in the lobby experienced the same issue.
