Predictions for New Tracks in 2025?

They’ve made the tracks free to keep the tracks from splitting the player base. I forget which FM exact title but, there was a car and track pack that Turn 10 couldn’t use in multiplayer, due to all of the players not having that DLC. Since then, they made tracks free, and called the cars, the stars of Forza Motorsport.

Also, with the pessimism surrounding this title, charging for a track, would be dense enough to create a black hole.

If they started adding paid DLC for road courses like the canyons, a Targa Florio, or the Stelvio Pass, Col de Turini… they wouldn’t be breaking their word about not charging for tracks since technically they aren’t, and perhaps the player base would increase. In fact, these types of courses have been one of the keys to AC’s success for over 10 years thanks to the mods released by the community.

I’d be willing to pay for DLC like that, but T10 doesn’t want my money.

+, also i’m so desperate for a road\city tracks to make a comeback in FM that i’d happily buy the DLC with them, even with the returning Rio\Prague\Bernese Alps etc which, i know, have haters among the ‘trve motorsport’ fans.

The notion that adding tracks (or “road courses” or “surfaces on which to drive a vehicle”) will draw significant numbers of players to this game doesn’t really hold water. If we look at past track additions, the overall trend has been that player numbers have seen a slight temporary peak, which then quickly trails off, presumably once the “newness factor” wears off. This was even the case with the release of the Nurburgring, perhaps the most famously known race track in the world. If that can’t do much of anything to spark player engagement and retention, I don’t see how a few relatively less-known twisty mountain roads are going to do anything to change that.

That’s very true. But I think you’re overlooking the key point there, which is that the overwhelming majority of mods for AC are free. If people had to pay for access to Shutoko Revival Project, Pacific Coast Highway, or similar mods…if you and your friends couldn’t just say, “hey that looks like a fun track, let’s all download it and go racing”, do you really think the game would be as popular as it is?

As @Wilko_Jones pointed out, T10 have indicated that they don’t want to introduce tracks as paid DLC, since it splits the community. If players had the ability to host their own custom public lobbies, this might not be such an issue. But with things being the way they are, T10 couldn’t just drop new paid DLC tracks into the rotation without forcing some people to skip the races on tracks they don’t own. If they made a separate hopper specifically for players with the new tracks, same problem: they’re splitting the community, and I don’t think this game has the numbers to be able to start doing that.

That’s the nature of modding. If someone decided to charge for a mod, the legality of that mod comes into question by the rights holders (if they still exist). There are many car mods for AC that do charge for their product, but the names of all the cars have to be non-existent/fictional to make it work. Same with the liveries on the cars.

I would like to have Rio and Prague back, Bernese not so much even though it is pretty.

I dont really think you can have a proper racing game without monza.
I hope we see some tracks like Monaco and maybe London added. I would love some street circuits but also want something like Bahrain international circuit or shanghai added.

THEY DID IT! THEY’RE GONNA ADD FUJIMI KAIDO BACK!!!:tada::tada::tada:

It was FM6 that had paid DLC tracks. I think they came with the Porsche and Nascar packs. Homestead and VIR possibly.

So since I was right about my prediction I now wonder if this is a big teaser for fh6 since they’ll announce that in June a month later  back then I was saying what if Fujimi kaido is the next track , but also a teaser for fh6 Japan  oh man I hope I’m right again

I think PGG might announce something about FH (A new update for FH5 or A small announcement for FH6).
FH6 trailer (and gameplay demo :slightly_smiling_face:) will most likely come to Xbox Showcase (most likely june).

Exactly  and I know in April when they are dropping fh5 for PlayStation. Forza is going to drop another car pack “ the Nissan car pack” another small hint  . Here my prediction back in November

And they were useless because they never out those tracks in multiplayer rotation.

Sonoma, Monza and Long Beach. Doubt we get anything new to Forza.

Seconded for all your suggestions, especially for the Monza Oval.

Aswell maybe for Sedona Raceway Park too.
