Seems unlikely. But with the weekend coming up (which is typical Forzathon time) and nothing announced about April’s Forzathons beyond April 10th, they better announce something soon, whether it’s the April car pack, Porsches, or Forzathons.

That’s a traffic car, not drivable in game. There are several other non-drivable traffic cars, like the 2004 MB C63 or the BMW 323TI.
Traffic car, you can tell by the front plate.

The traffic cars have been in the game since the beginning. They’re distinguishable from the normal cars by the addition of the number plate on the front.

The devs do not comment here you should know that by now. Perhaps they finally realized tying cars to new roads or tracks doesn’t work due to not enough people buying it and decided to separate Porsche from a map expansion that would have required you to be in a Porsche in order to use it. Good job Turn 10 you are finally learning from past mistakes.
I doubt you’d need to be in a Porsche to use the map expansion, had they been tied to it.
