Would love to see more player housing added in future updates. Maybe a “Horizon Life” themed update down the line that includes a few more player houses (including the one mentioned above), some permanent festival related objects, a gas station, fireworks and other stuff that has been suggested to breathe some new life into the world.

Yes, I think they could implement different houses from simple ones to more elaborate ones or real mansions.
