I like my games nice and crisp, the motion blur in this game is excessive. PLEASE for all that is holy, give us an option to disable motion blur entirely or scale it down.

You can disable motion blur?
Options > Video > Motion Blur = off
In Graphics section you can change the motion blur quality if you want to have it on.
I guess you are playing on console? This option is available on PC.
