Is something wrong with the sound of the Renault Alpine? Sounds like a strong engine sound with a very annoying disturbing sound added on top of it.
At least there’re new HE cars. Something to get excited for for today…

Edit: errr never mind since they nerfed how often you can win them in spins. All that time saving spins for nothing…

None of the new cars have custom aero, a real shame. The Alpine and DB11 sound awesome though.
Does anyone else here have the “Creators Update” dashboard (10.0.15023.1002) as part of the preview program? When I go to manage FH3 I see the “Forza Horizon 3 Playseat Car Pack” as available to install. After it has installed it shows up in my installed list as “_&7158230231636118576”. When I try to start the game I get the splash screen then it dumps me back out to the dashboard. No prompt for an update and no update shows as available when I go to manage the game. I’ve uninstalled the car pack and trying to start the game just does the same thing. I only ask if anyone has the Creators Update as I’m not sure if this is related to having that new dashboard installed or not.
I have the creators preview dashboard and the playseat car pack is named as a string of numbers(not sure if it’s the same as yours) however it doesn’t crash the game and the car pack is installed but only two of the 7 cars were free in the autoshow. I had to buy the rest.
Well, about five minutes after posting (and while sitting at the dashboard home screen) a black box popped up prompting me there was an update for FH3. Got it installed and the game is no longer crashing upon launch. I was able to get all 7 cars for free. While the update was downloading I uninstalled the car pack, then reinstalled it once the update was done (before launching the game).
Once again, another SS car is censored. The Commodore Group A (aka 1985 HDT VK Commodore SS Group A) is another car heavily censored by MS/T10. The prominent SS decals are all gone without a trace.

That should only affect new cars, not ones that have been around for over 30 years. I really wish Holden had nothing to do with GM. Due to their “global strategy” Holden will no longer exist after October this year. They will but as far as I’m concerned they won’t. I’m not interested in a FWD 4 or 6 cylinder piece of **** when the car culture in Australia has always been based around V8s.

Before anyone rebutts this with something about Holden not being Chevrolet. Holden is a part of GM, just like Chevrolet. More than likely this was a GM thing and not just Chevrolet.

Bit disapointed with the VK Commodore. No flare kit so its not a race car, a group A shopping car for mum at best. Was looking forward to recreating Peter Brocks dayglo race car.
Also the HE A9X Torana… Why would a muscle car be drift boost, surely there is enough rice burners for drifting without spoiling the average rednecks fun.

After a quick run through in stock form I have to say the Corsa and Cadillac are better than I expected. And those were the cars I was looking forward to the least. So in the end there isn’t anything that disappoints TBH except that very weird sound from the Alpine GTA. Might have been a bug? I’ll try the car out again tomorrow.
Anyone else have this problem with the DB11?
I made a design for it called Matte Black (guess why), and it shows up saying inappropriate content. Yet every other design I have uploaded is called Matte Black and it’s fine. Even the other cars in the pack. Even when I changed it back to Forza Livery it still said inappropriate content.
I say the DB11 because that’s the car it happened to, but I guess it could be any car.
How are the sounds for the Hondas for you guys?
The Civic is super quiet the the S800 is near silent for me 
What view do you use because the sound can differ greatly between views?
Maybe it is bug because the sound does not change between views for me, just very quiet all the time

Haven’t tried the civic but the S800 is as high pitched as it should be for me. Perhaps you have a bug on your hands.
Yes I felt that way in the S800 too, I even had to check sound settings because I thought it would not be car focus anymore but that was not the case.
It’s not even a 1L engine so maybe it’s supposed to be silent.
