It literally just said “we’re upping the reward to 100k and lowering the car count between rewards” when I hit 240 cars and now it’s stopped at 260 cars? I’m still finding new cars but it’s stuck at 260/260 on the screen? And it never did lower the amount to 10 cars, it was still 20 per round the last time…
Don’t mind the on screen tally. You’ll continue to collect rewards as instructed.
well i know i keep getting the $1,000 everytime I take a new photo… But what about the $100,000 every 10 cars? I’m at 266 now (the car count that shows up afterwards during gameplay is still going up) Guess I’ll find out in 4 cars

Yes, every ten or twenty cars. 266 is not a factor of ten (or twenty). Wait until you get 280 photos.
Yea hopefully it fixes itself with this last DLC. As I have all pictures up to date, and with tomorrows DLC, I will have 280/280

1000CR per photo taken.
Bonus CR for every 20 photos taken.
You get a bonus for 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 240, and 260 cars. The next bonus will come, at 280 cars. There are not 280 photographable cars in the game right now. Therefore, the info graphic showing the next bonus cannot update. Once the game has 280 cars you can take a photo of, you can bet it will update to 280 and once you take a picture of each and every last one - you will receive your bonus.

Like I said already, twice actually: After 240 it was supposed to be 10 cars… it told you that by voice when you hit 240 in the game… So 240, 250, 260, 270, 280 would be the correct math. (250 and up paying 100k each round) Besides it being stuck at 260 that is not happening.
After the Rockstar Energy DLC, the total car count for the entire game will be 272. If the Pre Order cars are released, the total count will be 275 - 276. We will never see 280
EDIT: When I get home, I will update the total count above if I am wrong so dont call me out. I am just going off of bad memory.
Currently, without Rockstar DLC in my garage, having all other pictures taken and not having been on my xbox at all today, I have 275/280 photos taken, I’ve spent hours either buying what I was missing, or sitting at the different hubs waiting for the photo icon to come cruising by.
It is still possible to find DLC cars in your game without owning the DLC.
Yes, I have pictures of every single car in the game, I didn’t preorder the game, but I still have pictures of the pre order cars
According to forza 210 cars came with the game and according to forza’s forums on the DLC content there have now been 66 Cars released. So it looks 276 is the total including storm island and the rockstar pack. When the Fast and Furious pack rolls around we’ll definitely see the 280.
But that still doesn’t change the fact it’s not rewarding every 10 cars after 240…
Max is 281, which I have now with the Rockstar pack.
I got the 4 preorder cars and the G-Shock 370Z (which can be found ingame, too I guess).

Thank you for clarifying this, I knew I was forgetting something, and with the Fast & Furious Pack, we’ll definitely have more than 290, lets hope we have this many stock cars for Forza 6

Yeah, I just got the game update so it’s reporting correctly now. 
(266/280 for me) but still didn’t shorten to 10 cars/round… dunno what’s up with that… Was it not supposed to say that or something??
I swear it said “It’s getting harder to find those cars out there, so were raising the reward and dropping the cars in between rounds” I’m not the only one who heard that at the 240 car mark right??
Yes I heard it. A bonus reward for every ten (10) cars from that point on was promised.
Looks like 5 cars were added yesterday or maybe before that. You can see exactly which cars you have photographed and which ones not under the progress tab, and then click on the Horizon Promo box. right now I have 276 out of 281 available cars. I saw one I was missing go by the other day but I missed it because I was not expecting to see new cars after I got to 275.
don’t know where the promise of rewards for every 10 comes from, I have never seen it, and don’t see any point in it to begin with, credits are so easy to get anyway
easiest way to find the cars is to do championships in the classes that your missing cars are in
Also, unlock the perk that puts a camera icon over all the cars you still need. Very helpful if you’re missing a traffic car or two.
