Currently, the headlight toggle just turns the entire headlight unit on or off, with no in-between. A separate option for DRLs would be great for daytime pictures, or pictures in lit up environments.
In game, every car with DRLs has them turned on independently during the day. So the tech is already there; including it into photo mode should be simple enough.
