From what I have heard you are petitioning the wrong people.

It is apparently due to how the standard MS servers are setup and how they can be used.

Irritating that they block, what I and many others think to be, an essential feature.

Its not that they block it as such, as it is “here, use our infrastructure, this is the standardized format we have for xbox live.”

But what about a game like Battlefield? You can look through the list of lobbies and join any. I feel it’s just that they want to cater to everyone so they make it for casual players to go online and just race, since that was Turn10s reasoning
