I was wondering if anyone on the PC has the new patch installed and can tell me if the game is till crashing to desktop in multiplayer constantly. I love forza but I got the game refunded due to the fact that I could barely play a single race online without a crash. My only issue with the game was the crashing so if they have fixed this or atleast lowered the amount of crashes I would for sure repurchase the game

Well so far i can’t even get the game to run so i can’t quite tell you.
But if i am experiencing problems with getting past the bloody starting screen i highly doubt they fixed the multiplayer crashing

Complete uninstall and reinstall fixed this issue for me.

However, there does seem to be some improvement! There is noticeably less stutter! The big one for me though is the dual shock 4 controller still doesn’t work too
I may consider purchasing the game again as atleast the devs are putting out patches. I just hope that they actually figure out whats wrong and waht is causing the ctd’s
It’s CTD sometimes in MP, sometimes it’s never ending loading after saving a upgrade set…
Today it’s just not starting any MP lobby, Playerticket was deleted…
I really dont know what to do with this game anymore, every 2 days i need to reinstall DLCs because it just dont start. This is the most frustrating game i ever bought (100€ btw)…
I think there s still memry leak which cause the CTD

This patch seems to have fixed every issue I was noticing so far on PC. I’m pretty impressed. The menus are very quick now (There’s no weird pausing or hitching for the most part). Replays actually work. . No random hitching during a perfectly smooth race. Any graphical glitches I noticed appear to be gone. Maybe if I play longer I’ll notice something wrong but so far it looks like a huge leap in the right direction. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the game but then again I don’t really use multiplayer so I’m not sure about that issue.
I can confirm too that the game has pretty much been completely fixed for me as well. I haven’t been able to go for more than 20 minutes without crashing before this patch. No more than a race or customizing/upgrading one car at a time without CTD or infinite saving.
Every issue has been eliminated for me as well. No hitching, stuttering in menus, hanging, microfreezing and most important: no CTD’s or infinite saving.
My CPU is working on all it’s cores, and memory leak is gone Loading times have improved on some areas as well.
All in all, it feels like a completely different game.

i5 6600k @4.2 ghz Yes it is overclocked
GTX 1070
20gb ddr4
I’m even running game mode, game bar and all sorts of monitoring apps.
The game is noticeably better but I’m still crashing.
Just did a 7 lap race collected rewards yaaaay.
Then did another 7 lap race and the game crashed as I was about to collect the credits. Same CTD as usual.
Edit: It wouldn’t be as annoying if it kept my progress but I have to do the entire race over and lost my credits, rewards etc. No progress saved =(

I repurchased the game 5 hours ago and I can confirm that the game run great, I dont even have a single thing to complain about and no crashes at all. I just did 6 races straight online in the endurance GT hopper and the game did not crash to desktop once. I am super excited lol
