During the intro after the transition to winter the game sets the framerate to 60 and there is nothing I can do about it. It stays at 60 forever even after the intro ends. This is annoying because my pc cant handle 60fps. Whatever I go into the settings it says its locked to 30fps (which is what I set it to) but it still runs at 60.
Please fix it because there are lots of people in this forum saying that the framerate cap doesn’t work or the unlocked framerate actually locks to 60 and I think these issues are related.
Also if anyone has a temporary fix it would be appreciated
