Dear Reader,
My Forza Motorsport 7 game worked fine until last week.
I can start the game → can click press enter to start → it starts loading → crashes to desktop before it finished loading.
I’ve looked in Event Viewer, but the only error I see are these 2:
The System tab doesn’t show any errors/faults.
What I’ve already tried is:
• Disabled all “not FM7-related software” i.e. Discord, Geforce Experience, Logitech Software.
• Re-installed the game
• Reset the game
• Reset the Windows Store
• Installed an older Nvidia driver
• Disabled my Intel HD Graphics card
• Clean Install of Windows 10
It’s very weird, because until last week it was working without any problems and I’ve not installed anything that day.
I hope you guys can provide me a fix, because I’m currently racing in a league and don’t want to miss a race.
Kind Regards,
Nielless

Spoiler Alert: Forza 7 is STILL broken on PC even after the July update that was supposed to improve the game massively.
Not only did the Garage “fix” NOT effect how the garage is on my PC, they failed to fix the random frame drop-and-lock to 46fps on the fricking menu screen! I know It’s not my PC because the second I start a race My FPS shoots up to 60, and up to about 100 if I unlock the framerate. I was so pissed off by this that I didn’t even bother to see if the game still CTDs after being in the garage too long or spending too much time in the paint shop. Maybe I’ll see if it still crashes, but probably not because it would just be a waste of time. I’ve been waiting for MONTHS for this game to be fixed so I can actually play what I PAID MONEY FOR. The devs claim to be listening to the community and that they are working to improve the game, yet I see no signs of this at all. All they do is add cars add cars add cars. Maybe if the game actually WORKED on PC i would buy the Car Pass. And believe me I would in a heartbeat. I was really really hoping this update would fix the game, but I guess I got my hopes up for nothing.
